S.773 – Cybersecurity Act of 2009
A bill to ensure the continued free flow of commerce within the United States and with its global trading partners through secure cyber communications, to provide for the continued development and exploitation of the Internet and intranet communications for such purposes, to provide for the development of a cadre of information technology specialists to improve and maintain effective cybersecurity defenses against disruption, and for other purposes.
A deliberate and unprovoked attack on our First Amendment guarantee of freedom of speech. This bill if passed will undermine what is the free flowing expression of ideas and information. I urge anyone reading this to write, call, & Email your representatives in Washington and demand that this horrid attack on the bill of rights be thrown away. The only way that we as a society can keep our freedoms is if we fight for them.
I cannot express enough the outrage I feel, personally, about this terrible bit of legislation thought up by John Rockefeller D-WV. The great grandson of Industrialist and New World Order Founder John D Rockefeller. The legacy of this family against the freedoms of the people of the United States is well known. The Rockefeller family along with the Robber Barons of the early 20th century have sought to turn this republic into an oligarchy. Without the American people to stand up to them, they will destroy this country and destroy the way of life that we know and love. This is not a Republican, or Democrat issue. It’s an attack on the lower classes from the upper echelon of society. A direct attack against those of us that wish to express our ideas freely on the world wide web and have the free flow of ideas across the world.
This bill if it passes will be one of many recent pieces of legislation that have eroded our freedoms in the United States and left us worse off than we were before. Our government with the help of evil men like Rockefeller have sought to destroy the constitution and the bill of rights. Without them we will be weaker as a nation and closer to being enslaved by a tyrannical oligarchy.

Jay,sad to say,is a senator allegedly representing the citizens of West Virginia. I won’t beat around the bush here. He is a known enemy of freedom,a liar, a criminal, and a traitor.His position, in his own words,is that HE has the right and authority to tell every American what they can say, think, and do. I hold a letter that he sent to me some time ago saying just that. The man is a thug and deserves NO respect from any true freedom loving citizen of WV.

I agree fully with your assessment of Rockerfeller but I thought everyone knew that a large percentage of the “hijackers” of 911 planes were found alive in various parts of the world. If you have not done so yet please watch “Loose change video on Youtube” Our leaders have been turned over to insanity and all the wars have been fomented by the International bankers to set up the world for this moment. Cybersecurity is another false flag to futher restrict Al Gore’s “information hyway.” As un-employment increases, the idle population will have the time to investigate the reasons for their predicament. The ensuing anger would be difficult for the globalists to control. Therefore they must narrow information to the main stream, government controlled media. Jay Rockefeller would have us believe, editing the internet as they edit MSM would provide security.
